About Caustic - Team Purple | Semi-Hardcore | Loot Council |

Purple team is the longest current running raid team for Caustic. Many of our members have been playing together or have been in the guild since Vanilla. Our atmosphere is laid back for the most part but we take what we're doing seriously. We hold our raiders to high standards and as such have had many of our players be top % players in what they do. We expect players to always look to improve and never be satisfied with their current performance.

• 9/9 + Alg + Yogg0 complete in a single night
• Glory Achievements complete

Phase 1

• 17/17+3D (all done in 2 hours or less)
• Immortal and Glory Achievements done.
• 1 hour 4min speed clear

Raiding Expectations

- 90% raid attendance, with clear communication if you will be late or absent

- Full Consumes, Gems, Enchants

- Have a solid understanding of boss mechanics. 

- DISCORD IS REQUIRED 

- Have a positive attitude and be open to constructive criticism! 

- Required Addons for Raid: **DBM, WeakAuras, Threat Meter, Plater, RCLC.**

Raid Times and Loot

Raid Days + Times

Because all content is on Farm we only raid 1 day of the week.

Once a second day for Progression is required this will be the new schedule.

Loot System

Our current loot system is **Loot Council with ThatsMyBiS and RCLC**. We use these additional tools in order to keep track of what players have received what gear. We use multiple factors in order to determine where gear goes. You can see those factors below:

• Player Performance
• Player Attendance
• Attitude in and out of raid
• How impactful a particular piece is for a player
• Previous Loot obtained
• Longevity of the the upgrade

Recruitment

For a core Raid spot:

• 1 Warlock (Afflic) or any ranged class.
• 1 Combat Rogue
• 1 Ele Shaman or Shadow priest with the ability to flex to a healer if needed.

Exceptional players of all classes are always welcomed to apply and we are always searching for Bench and Rotational players.
