Instability has hardcore expectations on a casual schedule. We prioritize clean raids over parsing/speed runs and believe that with well executed raids the prior will follow. Loot Council with a progression oriented mindset rewarding performance and attitude while also keeping track of attendance, consumables, etc. Having knowledge of personal responsibilities for your role is a necessity.
