`ABOUT`

We’re an active, long-lasting PvE guild that likes to have fun! Part of having fun and being competitive is efficiently downing bosses with a group of like-minded raiders while pushing faster kill times and better parses (both individually and as a raid). Our guild consists of a strong day 1, 2019 classic core group, and we mostly rank within the top 3-5 for Benediction individual boss kill times.

`GOALS`

Our guild believes in the importance of community, cohesion, and positivity. It is our goal to simultaneously create an environment that embodies these ideals, while pushing to be a competitive alliance guild as we progress through Cataclysm classic and into MoP classic! Importantly, we aim to efficiently down all content, push hard-modes, improve boss speed and complete all raid achievements each phase!

`OUR EXPECTATIONS`

Raiders will be online AT LEAST 15 minutes before scheduled raids prepared with: Addons, an approximate knowledge of fight mechanics, a positive group oriented mentality first, but also a desire to push your performance (gear, professions, parses), play the game and clear all content. Exceptional attendance (>90%) and communication skills are required.

`LOOT SYSTEM`

Our guild uses a Wishlist Loot council to distribute loot. The loot council will publish a loot sheet in advance of every tier, feedback will be taken from the raid to optimize the sheet. Loot is awarded in a logical manner taking into account performance, attitude, attendance, size of upgrade, and individual wishlists among other things to determine where loot best benefits the entire raid group.
